Mission of African Young Adults and Teenagers (MAFYAT) Training is a programme conceived with a passion and future for youth in mind. It is one of a number of programmes run by Green Champions, a close corporation based in Rustenburg, North West Province. The programme is aimed at unlocking potential and success in the African youth by providing support using and referring to the department of education’s LAIS strategy and long vision of Schooling 2025.

The camp was officially carried out during the July holidays by the Bakwena and Mafyat Training team to assist and support the scholars in Madibeng schools situated along the N1N4 toll road with leadership skills and career development information as a youth month activity and as part of the Bakwena to give back to the communities they serve.

Mayfat offers career guidance, brain profiling, life orientation skills to learners and environmental education. Mayfat will also assist in the identification of potential bursary students along the corridor.
