The STRAB (Subterranean Rhythm and Blues) Festival was started in Mozambique by a group of scuba divers who decided to add some live music to one of their birthday bash weekends at Ponta Malongane. This year celebrates 10 years of committed music lovers who have always supported the festival’s philosophy of respect, love and harmony. The venue does not cater to thousands of people and will remain exclusive. A beach party to start the celebration on the 21st will be followed by the official festival, hosting a line-up of bands who have all contributed to 10 years of STRAB memories.
