Gautrain and Mango have partnered to bring you amazing deals over the festive period. Check out for  more information or keep reading below.

Between 15 November 2016 and 15 January 2017 Mango Guests on select Mango inbound flights to OR Tambo International airport will receive a complimentary Gautrain card. What's more, those who load value onto the complimentary Gautrain card by 15 January 2017, qualify to receive a Mango flight discount voucher for the equivalent value loaded onto the card, up to R250.00.

Gautrain spokesperson, Kesagee Nayager, said "this campaign is the first of its kind for Gautrain and we are pleased to have partnered with Mango Airlines to afford our travellers some fantastic savings this festive season. Lucky Mango Guests stand the chance to receive complimentary Gautrain cards loaded with R174.00, which is the maximum cost of a Gautrain (train) trip to or from OR Tambo. We encourage Mango Guests to take advantage of these great offers and use this opportunity to experience the Gautrain - South Africa's first and only high speed train."

Mango's Acting CEO, Nic Vlok, said “Gautrain has transformed the manner in which Gautengers commute, not only to and from the airport, but between major commercial centers within the province. As a low-cost airline, Mango fulfills a similar role to commuters between network points across most economic hubs in South Africa – and the synergy between the brands only begins there.”

And if that's not enough, Gautrain has again reduced its parking and bus fares this festive season. Park at any Gautrain station between 9 December 2016 and 9 January 2017 and pay just R1.00 per day. This affords Gautrain passengers the opportunity to make a significant saving on parking fares, especially when travelling over the holidays. Over this same period, Gautrain bus passengers pay just R1 per bus trip.

The more you give, the more you get!
